I Just got back from my EBC trek and absolutely loved it so wanted to send a quick note to say how impressed I was with your entire staff in Nepal! Kay and Dawa, along with the local team, were super diligent about making sure everything ran like clockwork w/r to travel, medical testing and support on the ground and in the air. Every transaction was supervised whether it was checking in, covid testing, airport transport, currency exchange or meeting our pharmaceutical needs. Kay helped us get oriented our first day and organized a tour of Kathmandu. Dawa devoted a day accompanying us in Thamel, shopping for souvenirs and negotiating purchases which went above and beyond the call of duty.

During the trek, Pasang and his team were professional, caring and completely dedicated to supporting our every need every day. They were so positive, extremely encouraging, engaging, funny and just a joy to be around. We were treated like family, and we felt as if they were part of ours! They truly were great ambassadors for the country of Nepal, the climbing community and ITT.
