Still in transit traveling home from our Mountains & Monasteries trip, I wanted to touch base. Let me start with complimenting you again on an amazing team you have gathered in Nepal as well as outstanding processes and procedures. Dawa and his people were incredible, providing expertise when needed, kindness and genuine care. We were all tearing up when parting with them.

As you probably heard, we had a couple of people who did not make it to the end of the trip and needed to be helicoptered out. Dawa and Kay were incredible helping with this process. I feel badly for adding this to their workload, but unfortunately it was out of my control. Each person reacts differently to travels like this and has their own journey.

We all gathered memories to last a lifetime! I have shared the Goli Village Trust information with people, so hopefully it will be on people’s minds during giving season. On that note, I have also started collecting hiking gear for the porters on Kilimanjaro, so will have this for your next trip to Tanzania.
