My trek to Machu Picchu was unbelievable. I am just back from the Inca trail Trek and from what I can see Ian Taylor Trekking offers far more than the other companies. We had mountain hard wear tents, blankets, pillows, comfortable chairs and world class food.

We stayed in a well-located four-star hotel in Cusco. Access to the main square was perfect. The timing of our sacred valley tour was managed to perfection arriving at Inca sites at the right time with less people. I was so impressed with the porters; they were very happy every day.

The guides Percy, William and Juan were amazing. The information we received about the Inca culture and construction was so informative. The service with private toilets and the food was better than any other trip I have been on.

I have to say our campsite in Phuyupatamarca was one of the best campsites I have ever stayed at. The sunset and sunrise were out of this world. We had views of Salkantay peak along with stunning mountain viewing all around us.

Walking down into Machu Picchu has been a dream of mine for 20 years and thanks to Ian Taylor Trekking the late afternoon hike into the lost city was amazing. We were treated to a fantastic dinner in Indo Feliz and second visit to Machu Picchu. The trip was challenging but the hard training paid off. Thank you guys for the experience of a lifetime and the trip exceeded all my expectations.
